Common Faith Principles About God In Human Flesh

Prophet Mohammed Reveals The Holy Spirit

Without a spiritual encounter it is difficult to fear God. Faith looks like believing in abstract. While you may not be able to explain your faith to others, you cannot deny the encounter. In other words, you may appear stupid but you are certainly not crazy. The encounter reinforces your faith, and your fear of God as you catch a glimpse of His might.

The one thing among others that Prophet Mohammed teaches is the fear of the Almighty God. He was resolute that a reverence of The Almighty is the beginning of human wisdom. Christianity teaches that an encounter with Jesus begins our understanding of God and God’s ultimate provision for eternal paradise. One common denominator but less discussed phenomenon among faiths is The Holy Spirit.

Clearly, The Holy Ghost provides the avenue to understand the mind of God while we manage our physical existence here on earth. We will attempt to unravel how Prophet Mohammed guides us into the expectations of The Holy Spirit as we navigate our destiny in this world in addition to the instructions Jesus Christ left for us in order to take hold of the Holy Ghost as we desire the promise of paradise in eternity and work at it.

The Prophet recognizes Jesus Christ and The Holy Ghost. He also encourages us to believe and follow the instructions of these persons. Christianity positions The Holy Ghost as the primary witness of Jesus Chirst and our guide. How do the sayings of Prophet Mohammed in the Noble Quran help us attain God’s expectations? Please don’t just read, let us learn from your contributions.

The Quran Calls Jesus The Son of God

The revelations of the Prophet make it clear that the conception of Jesus Christ was in a virgin named Mary. This principle reverberates throughout the Holy Quran. Even if nothing else, it is clear that Jesus Christ was atypical as a man. There was something about him that made him extraordinary. Further, because of the magnitude of what was about to happen (that is, the consequences and the implications of the conception), God confirmed it with various signs and witnesses. He needed to assure Mary that all was well, and that she was being honored for her uprightness rather than being disgraced for fornication. Probably, Mary would have been stoned outside the city gates, but instead she became a famous woman. The prophetic inspiration quotes:

'Remember' when the angels proclaimed, “O Mary! Allah gives you good news of a Word from Him, his name will be the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary; honoured in this world and the Hereafter, and he will be one of those nearest to Allah. (Sura 3:45).

Prophet Mohammed

When you look closely at the degree of reverence for the personality of Mary, it is akin to worshiping her. One cannot but agree that she rose to honor in this world. God sent messengers to others apart from Mary. We all recount the appearance of Angel Gabriel to Joseph, the fiancé of Mary. As another witness, God inspired Imram the mother of Mary to send Mary to Zechariah for care. The miraculous events that occurred during the stay of Mary in Zechariah's house were many. The Prophet further enlightens us with this passage, So her Lord accepted her graciously and blessed her with a pleasant upbringing—entrusting her to the care of Zachariah. Whenever Zachariah visited her in the sanctuary, he found her supplied with provisions. He exclaimed, “O Mary! Where did this come from?” She replied, “It is from Allah. Surely Allah provides for whoever He wills without limit.” (Sura 3:37).

It is highly unusual in any culture for the head of the household, particularly an elderly man like Zechariah to have been the waitress for Mary, however special the situation may have been. Unusual observations must have caused the maidens to alert Elizabeth who probably encouraged her husband to investigate the situation.

So, here we have a cloud of witnesses to the fact Mary was being supplied from strange sources. Supplies were smuggled into Mary's chambers somehow breaching the enclosure and security of Zechariah’s compound (Sura 3:49). The important lesson to note is that the angels made sure that Mary and Jesus were nurtured on heavenly supplies. The Father ensured that the Son was well taken care of. He gave signs confirming the peculiarity of Jesus the Christ. This is akin to the supply of manna to the Jews in the wilderness on their way back from Egypt. No one has been to account otherwise how that large population was fed.

The revolution that God was bringing into the world was not a secret shared by Mary, Joseph and God alone. God made sure that there were other witnesses and evidence in support of the agenda. And this is how God does things. It is true that He has the power to do and undo, but He wants us to enjoy the benefit of understanding and accepting His message of salvation by our freewill. This is why so much supporting evidence became necessary. Anyway, who are we to challenge the wisdom or decision of God? If He chose the virgin birth for its purity so be it. Remember that all the other prophets were marred with failures; all the way from Moses through to Eli to Elijah and even to John The Baptist. None had the appellation of pure and sinless. The Prophet admonishes:

This is news of the unseen that We reveal to you ˹O Prophet˺. You were not with them when they cast lots to decide who would be Mary’s guardian, nor were you there when they argued ˹about it˺. (Sura 3:44).

This is talking about Mary who was pregnant outside of wedlock in ancient Israel.

Biological Sciences and God’s Choice

Therefore, no one can claim detailed knowledge of the intentions of God, except God Himself. Further, how He chooses to execute His plan remains totally under His control. In other words, if God chooses to have a son among men, no human being can oppose the idea or criticize the methodology. Whatever label we want to put on Jesus Christ, there is no doubt that he was extraordinary, and beyond our intellectual discernment in conception.

Mary was quoted as saying:

Mary wondered, “My Lord! How can I have a child when no man has ever touched me?” An angel replied, “So will it be. Allah creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He simply tells it, ‘Be!’ And it is! (Sura 3:47).

By this time, Mary was already pregnant and she was merely being informed about it. It is unfortunate that this virgin birth concept has been allowed to degenerate so much as to cause dissension, especially so when we all agree that God can do and undo. We are also familiar with the biologically natural reproductive processes such as binary fission, or the budding off of yeasts as examples. And we also know about man-made reproductive technologies such as cloning. If God is responsible for all these diverse methods and biological realities, what stops Him from devising a reproductive formula beyond our comprehension to achieve His divine aim?

Remember that the world had never seen rain before the flood. Even as Noah prophesied it, he had no idea what rain looked like, talk less of flooding. All that Noah did was to have faith in God for all those years that he spent building the Ark, and waiting for the next instruction from God. We must accommodate the fact that the ways of God always surpass human understanding.

He Is God The Creator

It is understandable that some of us are irritated or consider it blasphemous by a suggestion that some form of sexual contact took place between Mary and God, or his angels. This is in fact sacrilegious. However, we must remember that the power to create, the power that orders, "Be" and it appears, resides in God; and He has the authority to use that power as He chooses. Hence, if God chose to create a son to live among men, it is really a readily feasible matter. And this is what He confirmed at the baptism of Jesus Christ by the River Jordan. Prophet Mohammed said,

And ˹remember˺ the one who guarded her chastity, so We breathed into her through Our angel, ˹Gabriel,˺ making her and her son a sign for all peoples. (Sura 21:91).

These direct citations from Prophet Muhammad confirm the atypical form of conception of the man - Jesus Christ. The biological parameters of the conception may confuse the human intellect, but the spiritual dimensions are very obvious. The purpose of the whole phenomenon was also clarified, in that Jesus Christ was to become a sign for everyone. It is the true nature of that sign that has remained contestable through all generations. That he was extraordinary has never been contested. Although comparisons have been attempted, the uniqueness of Jesus is not deniable. Prophet Muhammad confirms that in fact, God has a human son.

In other words, sexual contact with Mary in the manner that man understands it cannot be a must law for God to obey. This is left to our limited intellectual judgment. He created the whole set up including the universe and its contents, making Him the inventor. If we treat human inventors with honor, there is no basis to disrespect God’s ability to invent. Our depraved minds are determined to care for satanic deceptions that motivate allusions. Jesus is denied the right to call himself the Son of God, but Muhammad can freely call himself the Prophet, and seal the access for anyone else to attain such spiritual ambitions. It is ambiguous. In fact, by what yardstick did Elijah qualify as a prophet? Elijah’s work proved to him, it was undeniable. Why deny the work of The Holy Spirit?

Without doubt, the point of this confusion remains the need to decide if the phrase 'Son of God' is to be used for the progeny of this biological miracle. In as long as no other applicable name has been proffered, it is really difficult to find any other name for this enigma. Son of Mary will not be adequate because Jesus Christ was born to a paternalistic culture. We only need to remember that some asked whether it was not the same son of the Carpenter that was doing exploits. They did not refer to him as the son of Mary. So, whose son was he since he was not a progeny of Joseph? The Prophet actually mentioned a meeting between Jesus Christ and John the Baptist at the River Jordan. The Bible makes us realize that this was at the baptism of Jesus, where God declared that Jesus was His Son and our guide [Matt. 3:17; Sura 3:46]. In fact, this corroborates the Prophet's confirmation that Jesus was the Spirit of God breathed into Mary, in order to bring about the physical baby called Jesus - the Son of God.

Purposes of the Birth - Why Was Jesus That Way?

I believe that it is worthwhile to examine the phenomenon of Jesus Christ from another perspective. For instance, why will God not be worried about being associated with a controversy like this? I mean having someone called “Son of God, Son of man, and progeny of God, Holy Prophet, and Prophet of God”. These appellations should normally be less worrying than the purpose.

The true purpose is to have men repent of their sinful ways. Once again, I think we should be concerned that God would mind getting involved in all these distractions. Afterall, He had sent many prophets with the same message that we should avoid sins before. And I believe that the answer lies in the proclamations of Isaiah, and of Jesus himself. Isaiah prophesied and Jesus proved it. God decided that it became necessary to convince man that God's laws were not humanly impossible to keep, and that it is possible to live in this world with Satan, and still remain sinless.

teach your children truth

“This command I am giving you today is not too difficult for you, and it is not beyond your reach. It is not kept in heaven, so distant that you must ask, ‘Who will go up to heaven and bring it down so we can hear it and obey?’ It is not kept beyond the sea, so far away that you must ask, ‘Who will cross the sea to bring it to us so we can hear it and obey?’ No, the message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart so that you can obey it. (Deut 30:11-14).

This gives justification for God to request purity as a primary yardstick of fellowship with Him. Secondly, this passage leads us to believe that human flesh was not a mistake in the creative agenda of God. Therefore, God was not being unfairly strict by demanding holiness of men whether we are flesh or not (Isaiah 59:2; 53).

It is true that like all messengers of God, Jesus taught us moral rectitude, and the power of faith in God. However, Jesus was unique in the sense that almost all prophets including satanic spirits either prophesied of him, or confessed him (James 2:19). Further, most spiritually inspired confessions known to man used languages that implied that Jesus was the Son of God (John 17: 3). In other words, even if you quarrel with the biological concept of the progeny of Mr. God, and Ms. Mary as lacking in physical evidence, there is no dispute about the spiritual transformation of Jesus Christ into human nature.

It is the outcome of this transformation, the teachings of the man Jesus that will stand up against you on Judgment Day, and not the biological possibility of the virgin birth (Sura 69:17-18). It is what you did with the laws, and the Holy Spirit that will stand up against you in the end, not the name calling. And I believe that the true purpose should be our focus of study, and not the distractions about names.

I am certain that if we could just relax for a few minutes and meditate on the significance of the birth of this character that will forever be an enigma, and a witness to the mightiness of God, the Holy Spirit will open our eyes of understanding at the spiritual level to clarify the meaning of the name, “Son of God”.

Decoding The Truth About The Day of Judgment

One way or another there will be an end to man as it were. Some of us will die, and be buried to wait; many will be raptured at the second coming of Jesus to reign with him, and some others will physically witness the very day of God’s judgment. Various belief systems and their modifications handle what the ultimate fate of man will be once the end point is reached.

Luckily, the concept of the Day of Judgment is agreeable to a large majority of human beings. It is also generally agreed that this is the day of reward for good deeds or bad ones. That the long dead, and the living will appear before God to receive their rewards, based on the summary of their activities on earth. The Quran quotes: ˹Watch for˺ the Day We will gather the righteous before the Most Compassionate as an honoured delegation, and drive the wicked to Hell like a thirsty herd. None will have the right to intercede, except those who have taken a covenant from the Most Compassionate. They say, “The Most Compassionate has offspring.”(Sura 19: 85-88). The Bible helps us better here when Jesus revealed the following to Apostle John:

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire (Rev. 20: 11-14).

Therefore, this day of accountability and rewards is clearly to be expected according to prophecy. And it makes all the sense, because it is certain that our attitudes and approach to life varies in as many ways as there are human beings. The way, manner and degree that we have shown love to God and His creations have also been varied. Therefore, it is only to be expected that we be equally repaid one way or another according to what we measure on God’s scale of judgment. When that day comes, some will be honored by the king, others will be blessed, and yet, the extreme punishment of eternal condemnation to hell will be the reward of others. The standard for the judgment being very simply explained to us again by the Bible:

For there is no partiality with God. For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified; for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel (Rom. 2: 11-16).

Therefore, Jesus is the standard for the judgment. Every variation radiates around the instructions and examples of Jesus Christ. Further, even though God retains the secret of the exact date of judgment, He gave us enough indicators to help us predict the likely date. For instance, the Prophet reveals:

And his ˹second˺ coming is truly a sign for the Hour. So have no doubt about it, and follow me. This is the Straight Path. (Sura 43:61).

Therefore, there is very little argument about a date set for the Judgment, except that only God knows exact the date for sure. Even then, the second coming of Jesus is a sign, to show that the day is within sight. More importantly, it is a judgment of all beings (every being created by God), not just humans:

These people are grumblers and complainers, living only to satisfy their desires. They brag loudly about themselves, and they flatter others to get what they want. (Jude 1:6)

So their abilities to deceive and to confuse men will end them in hell that day, while the saved will reign with Jesus forever. Most importantly, however, we need to understand the relevance of the phenomenon of the second coming of Jesus Christ to our personal lives for us to determine behaviors appropriate for our preparation of that second coming.

witness to Christ ascension

The Ascension of Jesus Christ Was A Physical Event

It is most intriguing that this major pillar of Christian belief and a source of serious debate in various forums remain uncontroverted by many religions including Islam. Don’t get me wrong, Islam does not believe that Jesus died at all. Yet, Islam like many religions confirms that Jesus the Rabbi, ascended to heaven, almost like Prophet Elijah did in the Old Testament. It is the manner of his transformation from human flesh into the spirit realm that remains contentious. The lack of serious debate about the ascension of Jesus Christ is heavily suggestive that the ascension was a physical event that was openly witnessed by many. So, it is a historical fact. Prophet Muhammad quotes Jesus as claiming that:

I never told them anything except what You ordered me to say: “Worship Allah—my Lord and your Lord!” And I was witness over them as long as I remained among them. But when You took me, You were the Witness over them—and You are a Witness over all things. (Sura 5:117).

To agree that Jesus ascended into heaven makes it easy to accept that he is coming back, as he promised. The ascension and soon return as a second coming is not claimed for any other religious leader or prophet. More importantly, the ascension proves that the words of Jesus can be trusted. This means that we must pay attention to his words and obey them. Even Prophet Muhammad agreed that Jesus was rather unusual among prophets.

Controversies About The Crucifixion

The Noble Quran does not agree that Jesus was ever killed, and so the resurrection story does not come in. The Prophet believed that someone else was exchanged to die in the place of Jesus, but that it was Jesus who materialized at the ascension. He believed that Jesus was too big for the Jews to have killed him so cheaply. This is in spite of the fact that the earlier prophets had foretold the sequence of events centuries before Christ was born.

Secondly, that the disciples witnessed the crucifixion. Thirdly, they testified of that death at another historical event called The Pentecost. Yet, we need to understand what made Jesus appear so much bigger than life before men like Prophet Muhammad? The Prophet was no small man himself, if you recollect how wide his circle of influence was. What made Jesus so big are the multifarious and multi-dimensional miracles that came out of him. After all, he was of such a lowly birth from one of the smallest tribes of Israel. His works were considered so mightily significant to the extent that he was considered too special for God to allow small-minded Jews to slay him so easily.

The Quran states:

˹They were condemned˺ for breaking their covenant, rejecting Allah’s signs, killing the prophets unjustly, and for saying, “Our hearts are unreceptive!”—it is Allah Who has sealed their hearts for their disbelief, so they do not believe except for a few— (Sura 4:155).

Further in Sura 4, ayat 157-158 it continues:

they neither killed nor crucified him—it was only made to appear so.1 Even those who argue for this ˹crucifixion˺ are in doubt. They have no knowledge whatsoever—only making assumptions. They certainly did not kill him. Rather, Allah raised him up to Himself. And Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.

Jesus ascended

Therefore, the ascension of Jesus Christ was one of these unique physical events set up by God to convince us to believe in Christ Jesus. Belief in Jesus Christ remains the key to unravel the mysteries surrounding him. If we do not trust his words, we cannot make human sense of his activities.

”Every one of the People of the Book will definitely believe in him before his death. And on the Day of Judgment Jesus will be a witness against them. (Sura 4:159).

Even though the ascension was a physically witnessed evidence of a spiritual transformation, yet people still find it difficult to believe Jesus. Unfortunately, this historical event is a piece of evidence that will be used against us to knock out our man-made excuses. It may be best for anyone in doubt to study the account of the Last Supper commemorating the last Passover feast that Jesus had on earth. Such a person should then contemplate the purposes of that supper, and why Judas Iscariot died the way that he did. Solving that riddle should bring some light into the situation, and remove doubts about the death of Jesus Christ (Matthew 26:26-35).

For Christians, the resurrection on the third day carries a special significance. It is a most wonderful discussion in the baptismal class. Water baptism is a sacrament for those who already believe in Jesus Christ. Therefore, for non-coverts, it is only important for the completion of the message.

However, for the Christians, it is important for the experience and the witness. Even then, the physical witness of the ascension was designed for us to appreciate the need to believe, trust and obey the words of Jesus. If you believe that the ascension happened, then it becomes easier to accept the words of Jesus, his disciples and the apostles, and to obey their instructions. Unfortunately, obedience can only come from trusting the source of the instructions. It takes faith in the words of the instructor for one to trust them. Such faith may then help you unravel the mysteries of the crucifixion, resurrection on the third day, and the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Even though the Quran contends with the crucifixion, and the resurrection, the Quran confirms that a belief in the ascension of Jesus Christ is a necessity for anyone desiring to be saved (Sura 4:159).

Quran Confirms The Second Coming of Jesus Christ

The Noble Quran confirms that Jesus is coming back. In a manner similar to Biblical accounts, Jesus will come back, and at a time that most will not be ready for him. Yet, it will be too late to make amends. The Quran states that:

“The weighing on that Day will be just. As for those whose scale will be heavy ˹with good deeds˺, ˹only˺ they will be successful. But those whose scale is light, they have doomed themselves for wrongfully denying Our signs. We have indeed established you on earth and provided you with a means of livelihood. ˹Yet˺ you seldom give any thanks. (Sura 74:8-10).

The Lord’s coming will be preceded by the blowing of a trumpet this time around. In other words, a lot of noise will herald his second coming. This is very unlike his initial visit. It is only reasonable to expect that the return has some connection with the earlier visit. Whether you believe it or not, all the prophets warn us that all of us without exception have a stake in both processes.

The Resurrection of Christ

Therefore, we must investigate what the purposes are, and what happens to the interval between these visits. To be clear, The Prophet agrees that Jesus is coming from heaven. This agreement suggests that he went back to the most High Father. Much like anyone who has been on a long journey away from home, his children will expect a lot of gifts, and good news on his return. Apart from missing the presence of our loved ones, we also cherish the presents that they come back with. So, what are gifts that we expect from heaven when Jesus comes back?

When the Prophet warned about us being discomfited when Jesus comes back, he had a good insight of how bad our morally decadent world would have been by the time Jesus comes back. Living would probably have turned into a nightmare or a torture for the believers by this time. The degree of ridicule, and a joke religion of any kind has been turned into today is indicative of how decadent our world will be when Jesus returns. No one cares anymore. No one has the time anymore. The Prophet warns:

And his ˹second˺ coming is truly a sign for the Hour. So have no doubt about it, and follow me. This is the Straight Path. (Sura 43:61).

In other words, the second coming of Jesus Christ is a signal that the events leading to the Day of Judgment have been triggered into action. Hence, with this return Jesus reveals another characteristic not associated with any other prophet, or anyone that ever lived on earth. Further, it points to the fact that Jesus has some relationship to heaven which remains, has not and cannot be paralleled.

Prophet Mohammed

Additionally, the Prophet says:

so that We may make this a reminder to you, and that attentive ears may grasp it. At last, when the Trumpet will be blown with one blast, and the earth and mountains will be lifted up and crushed with one blow, on that Day the Inevitable Event will have come to pass. The sky will then be so torn that it will be frail, with the angels on its sides. On that Day eight ˹mighty angels˺ will bear the Throne of your Lord above them. You will then be presented ˹before Him for judgment˺, and none of your secrets will stay hidden. (Sura 69:12-18).

This picture of the second coming painted by the Prophet must strike some note in our minds. It confirms that Jesus is currently in the custody of God. However, if God were so holy as to have no direct contact with men, and Jesus was not the Son of God who was sent on a special mission into this world initially; why would the angels be carrying him victoriously around the throne of God? This prophetic revelation is a further confirmation of the extraordinary link between God and Jesus.

The Holy Quran further states that:

Then they will not be able to make a 'last' will, nor can they return to their own people. The Trumpet will be blown 'a second time', then—behold!—they will rush from the graves to their Lord. They will cry, “Woe to us! Who has raised us up from our place of rest? This must be what the Most Compassionate warned us of; the messengers told the truth!” (Sura 36:50-52).

That the dead will rise suggests that they will resurrect. I would like to believe that the precedence for such resurrection was set by Jesus as another example of things to come.

Hence, when the dead begin to resurrect at the Rapture, it will no more be a strange phenomenon but a fulfillment of prophecy. Their resurrection will not be anything new, because the example was set by Jesus who rose from the grave according to Christian beliefs.

But why should they be meeting with Jesus Christ? Why can’t a host of angels receive them to glory? Other great prophets could have even been sent to receive these fellows. However, it is the uniqueness of the example left behind by Jesus, when he showed power over sin and death for our salvation, that these long dead will be following. That is what makes it appropriate that Jesus should present his bride in this way at the end to God with pomp in glory.

The impression is that in incidents, and in public activities concerning Jesus Christ, God always provides a pool or what we call a cloud of witnesses to seal the identity and authority of Jesus Christ. I believe that in the abundance of all the evidence both direct and indirect or circumstantial, man should be able to find a piece to identify with in order to convince himself about the message of Jesus.

It will be naïve to ignore the instructions of the Son, to the effect that God deliberately sent him to us for the salvation of our souls from the grips of Satan in this sin-filled world. We should debate less about his son-ship or priesthood, and focus more on obeying his instructions or why one should trust him enough to obey the instructions.

The Current Dispensation

It makes smart sense for one to try to understand the genealogy and antecedents of whom one is trying to submit to simply because it shapes one’s new personality and future. After all, religion will take over the guidance of everything about one’s life anyway!

Luckily, most times, the history is not difficult to discover. Equally important though, one cannot denounce the need for Satan to sow seeds of doubt in one’s mind by using agents of confusion, and debate in order to distract one from fully appreciating the message being evaluated; or derailing our understanding of the truth inherent in the message, opinion or instruction. Satan is full of tricks, and you cannot put him behind in this most important review. For instance, I will rather like a name that puts Jesus above all the other prophets going by what I know of him as a Christian, even if such knowledge is based on the direct revelations of Prophet Muhammad in the Quran.

This is why one begins to wonder how quarrelsome the debate about the use of the word ‘son’ for Jesus is, when no other appropriate vocabulary exists. For instance, it is offensive to the psyche of non-Arabic speaking people to be called slaves, not to talk of describing someone like Jesus as a slave of God. He did not call or even treat his disciples ‘slaves’. He washed the feet of the disciples for example (John 13: 1-17). No master does that.

lawlessness prevails

It is understandable that Muslims find it repulsive to imagine that anyone will attempt to approximate any human being to the creator of everything, that is, to God. Yet, this simple cultural and language difference has caused so much acrimony, as to muddle the truth rather than be the means of message transmission. This quarrelsomeness is a Satanic trick to distract people from even listening, let alone bother to understand the topic of the debate.

This schism will form the thrust of our discussion as we expand on the reasons why Jesus Christ is the Savior of mankind. The need to accept that Jesus shed his blood in order that we may inherit salvation and be received up in glory on that day he presents his bride. This is the essential message for this current dispensation. We need to submit to his advice and instructions in order to attain the level of holiness that prepares us for the rapture, because being religious is definitely not much of help. Religion has only fostered quarrelsomeness and contention which in the end are of little value to salvation and the gospel.

Get Holy Ghost Power

The Holy Ghost

Evidence of the Supernatural
Documentation of extra-terrestial involvement in human affairs predate the Bilbical records of Moses. Yet, since Moses many strange activities with claims of celestial involvement continues to befuddle mankind. Jesus Christ introduced a bewildering dimension to the mystery which Paul confirms had been planned before creation.

Essentially, the revelation of the Holy Spirit was to confirm the permanent domicile of God in man in the last days. This is the enigma that we continue to contend with and educate ourselves about in this column. Things continue to happen in our world that we cannot explain. The events of the Pentecost confirms the influence of extra-terestial energy that produce physical manisfestations.
